1. Establishment of JVC in HKG. Transfer of us$3m into JVC trust account. Transfer of Sofala Companies into JVC
2. Announcement of updated Feasibility Study
these were slated to be completed "shortly" and "in weeks"... this is what I gleaned from the previous announcements.
