if you are going to use a fully diluted figure for SOI then you also need to say that the current MC of 10.8M also has 8m in the bank
so the real value of the projects are only valued at 2.8M
is a fully funded project, at no cost to MRQ worth just 2.8M, let along all the other projects
totally undervalued in my view no matter how you look at it
