Yes so much to like here there is no doubt about that.
As Andrew said, this deal is a company maker.
As mentioned plenty of companies out there with no resource, no JV, and no chance of ever having anything.

I really pricked my ears up to what is written in this paragraph below.


MRG is acutely aware of the need to minimise further Shareholder dilution and will use the exploration funds wisely to identify priority targets within the portfolio, some of which have the potential to become of equal or greater value than our HMS portfolio.


So if we assume equal or greater value than our HMS portfolio, on some priority targets within the portfolio, then have a look how this changes our valuations.
Quite an interesting statement indeed.
Obviously they think they potentially have something special.

So hopefully a very exciting time ahead for all who hold.
