Well, it simply means that even if Sinowin plans to sell the entire project, it has to give atleast AU$75 million to MRQ even if they sell it at lower price ( I.e. lower margin at their end).. If they sell it at higher price, MRQ will get the % accordingly..But MRQ will atleast get AU$75 million & that's the MINIMUM. One can imagine the maximum potential of HMS projects. And that's only HMS projects. MRQ has other high potential projects as well. Good luck to all holders.
