tend to disagree a bit MRQ equity stake drop to 20% after 5 years or 440kton capacity so u should be using 30$ equity stake for time being which would give MRQ NPV in revised estimate of around 150M$ thereby PreFID 45M$ plus 5M$ other tenements so 50M$ MC or SP of around 2c knowing min buyout clause would imply a SP of 3c.
