Yep, I second that. Great intelligent post Jake, (unlike some posters on another code). My sentiments exactly.
The announcement dated 28/4 gave me reasons to be confident, & people should read every page right to the very last page. Management are also confident. Sure there will be some writedowns, but I would rather be in LLP's (&FKP') retirement business model going forward over the next few yrs. In fact I am excited in holding quite a substantial number of shares in LLP . I invest for the future, & not for 1 week.
The other thing is LLC paid around 60 cents, & last yr or whenever it was BBC was formed , shareholders forked out 90cents or more to assist in buying WA retirement villages. Now we can own a piece of these for a measly .09 cents. I look forward to 2010. regards Freespins
