+pve and neutrally geared places still around sub 250k.
ive bought 3 in ballarat in the last 12 months all doing well and paying for themselves.
in fact just TODAY sold a place in bonbeach (i have others there, i only sold this one as it was once my ppor and attracted sfa cp tax), to buy more in rural vic; i should add for clarity i sold for 8k LESS than my asking price..
