I'm thinking bayside Melbourne Cheltenham area. It has already gone up somewhat, but still considerably cheaper than East Brighton etc, and still slose to the beach and train line, and not too far in todays terms to the city. Nice big blocks.
Got to work out my figures, but that's where I am looking.
