It makes me so angry when these rubbish articles compare the ratio used by Demographia to a disposable income multiple...why would you compare the multiple? It's just a way of hiding the truth.
The truth is whether measuring by:
- A single wage
- Household income
- Household disposable income
In real terms against any of these measurements house prices have soared around 60% higher in real terms over the last 15 years...
