Hi jr , i m also in a state of shock plus anger. Why issue a large no of shares at a subdstantial discount ? what is the company directors up to ? For past few yrs , where is value creation ? Wonder if u can stop this share issue , since u r one of the major shareholder ? For most of us , the company recently issued new shares at 10c and 11c ... so to issue new shares now at 4c is NOT A SMART MOVE. Pls help us all ...
