    You cannot defame a corporation. Individuals can be defamed as it is a personal tort. SGH is not an excluded corporation. Far too many subsidiaries, far too many staff, not a small corporation /small business entity. Injurious falsehood is a possibility but I'm yet to see a successful cause of action /claim here.
