Interesting discussion about regulatory intervention in BUB...I cant seen any reason or anything that would give rise to even an eyebrow raise from any of the authorities on this one. I can see an eyebrow being raised over some of the antics by the Board and those associated with the company but that is more about a poor moral compass, low ethics and just laughable governance conduct including the latest announcement and the last couple of sentences as a case in point.
