Karmalocust have a look at the land they held. They only had a very thin gold vein and a tiny spot of nickel. They had no more targets.
I have outlined there land in red. Yellow markings indicate decent gold findings. The yellow arrow was where there most interesting find of gold. There land contained high gold rock chips and upon further drilling numerous gold veins descended down out of there land. Obviously Mt Gordon doesn't have high grade nickel but it could turn out to have decent gold levels.
