Where's Brendan Brown??

After several visits to his Office and many non returned phone calls , I can only assume BB (BB) is working offshore.

My concerns lie with the companies ability to continue as a going concern for too much longer

BB and also Director Philip Smith (PS) have a serious conflict within this tangled web as they jointly control the company. And as such treat it as their own "private company" to quote BB.

The engaged Lexington Partners in May last year , a condition of the deal was that Lexington would underwrite 600k.

and Lexington did what it said it would.

In the announcement of May 22 IPB spoke glowingly of Lexington.


In the announcement of 22 May IPB said , and i quote - The proceeds are intended to fund
INVESTIGATION AND ASSESSMENT OF POSSIBLE FUTURE PRODUCTION RELATED INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN SOUTH EAST ASIA.

To the best of my knowledge IPB has failed to use the funds as they said they would.

None of their reporting has a mention at all.

The management is flouting asx listing rules , and its time to do something about it.

All unhappy shareholders arm up.
