Maybe some bright ones here can help with this. Ive been trying to see where the 12mill shares came from. Still can't find it btw.

Anyways in trying to find the answer it appears they have accounted for repayment of the $1.2m Oracle loan twice -
1. in the qtrly cash (out)flow statement and
2. via the shortfall allocation.

If they repaid the $1.2m Oracle loan via the issue of shortfall shares then the $1.2mill cash should still appear in their Qtrly cash totals.

So four questons to anyone here:
1. Where is the $1.2m Oracle cash if they were repaid this via shortfall shares?
2. Why were the 12m shares in the last 3b issued?
3. Who were the 12m shares in the last 3b issued to?
4. Why are the proceeds from Entitlement Issue different from that stated in the prospectus?

Any help appreciated.
