    I always took it as Dr Hardings report would be "delivered to TIS" by end Oct...then i figure management would have to review it, consider strategies for reply to any angles that may need it...then a most advantageous summary for release would need to be drafted and approved.

    If the full results are as important to the future of the company as many believe, then i would hope this is all being done properly and professionally...this could take a week or two easily.

    So management may have had the report for a week or two already, or if it's "delivered to TIS" Monday, we may not see anything from it for another week or two.

    My speculation only.
