I'm a factual person & will stick to facts. What we know:

1. The Locke Agreement has either proceeded or it hasn't (execution date was 31 March)
2. The Dec Quarterly Report indicated funds would dry up by mid April & not surprising the Auditor's Report in the Half Yearly Results expressed concerns about the company's solvency & future (no surprise)
3. Cominiere owes us $80m in fines & rising by the day
4. If CATH has walked, then they owe us a break fee of $20m

I won't speculate about the state of play suffice to say the company did indicate to me we should get an update on the funding situation either before easter or this week. They owe us an update & I'll just wait for the company announcement.
