I won't speculate about the state of play suffice to say the company did indicate to me we should get an update on the funding situation either before easter or this week. They owe us an update & I'll just wait for the company announcement.

Do you think AVZ consider they have little chance of receiving any of this money if they are still looking to engage Locke for funding ?
