Hi Gastrader, in the Disputes Update announcement of 13 March the company indicated that it had made an application to the ICC to have Cominiere's fines liquidated (paid). It should be remembered the DRC Govt owns 90% of Cominiere & is ultimately 90% accountable for their debts, including fines, if they can't or won't pay. However, I had no idea about the machinations of enforceability to ensure they cough up one way or another. I guess we'll hear from the company re the result of their application to the ICC when they have an outcome.
