Anyone heard from Loobs lately? I really enjoyed his posts on the threads and his informative emails however I havent heard from him for a while and just hope hes okay and nothing has happened to him? If Loobs u are around or anyone has heard from him please let us know.
Out of interest does anyone think the property market has hit the bottom? I spoke to a agent today and he said its about to take off and if you dont get in soon you wont be able to afford it in 5 years. Any views on this. I am thinking of trying more low ball offers but how low should it really be? Is 10% low ball or more like 20%?
