So some Re bum says Property will take off now, and Geezer is suposed to- - make his own decisions - dont rely on agent or HC poster
& basically be happy with a 20% fall from a price set, gods knows when...& by Whom
no guarantee Re will drop further- does this therefore mean there's no guarantee it wont drop further... ie much much further.... der i think its possible.
And last, not least, be realistic... but have 2 bob each way, and say wait on the sidelines... things not going to change- for a while?
Give the guy a break...tell him like it is- Blind fredy can see this market is in free fall.... to say anything else is absurd & just not real... imho of course
