Who is to say that Yes Bank and Indian advances are not made on the heels of positive negotiations with the DPI here at home?

Many assume that NLC and Yes Bank are the back up plan and alternative, what tells us that those were not waiting for the to be expected nod from government first before they committed?



Coincidence that Ash flies to India and ties a knot with Yes Bank at this point in time, days before the ALDP decision supposedly comes out due to many media references recently ( ABC, LV press and the Age ) ?
Construction ready plans since August, but Ash travels now.



Hopefully tomorrow sheds some light on some of these questions.

ALDP decision according to the ABC this month, which only leaves 2 days until ann.

Add a few days due to ever slowly turning wheels in government and decision might be expected early Dec which leaves management at the conundrum of how to address shareholder concerns tomorrow.




There are many possible scenarios linking the various partners in several locations together as Coldry moves towards commercial outlooks, K-Coal, Yes Bank, Greenard Willing, Vic and federal government, Arup, Monash, new directors and chairman etc.

Nobody really expected Yes Bank to sign this agreement at this point, there might be more surprises.

It might be advisable for shareholders to expect the unexpected at this point in time, even a positive ALDP outcome as buying prior to decision would probably not occur as those close to company had ample time to accumulate thanks to a prolonged share issuing process over the last 6 months.
