Any negotiations related to ALDP funding cannot be announced due to secrecy restrictions. What makes you think YES BANK has anything to do with ALDP? Would this not be against the rules set down by the government?
Wouldn't it make more sense to announce the YES BANK relationship until after the ALDP result is announced, assuming YES BANK is tied to ALDP?
