In the event of a showdown between
@Thesi & Martin Rowley to be elected as Chairman then it's an easy decision for my votes..bye bye Martin.
Thesi wouldn't give his family members plum roles at our expense. I bet MR didn't interview serious alternative candidates and i bet as a shareholder Thesi would save us some coin sucking less of a salary from our cash warchest than MR.
I bet we'd see a change in the way bank parasites (like Credit Suisse) get their 'analyst' questions answered in priority over us loyal retail shareholders during Conference Calls etc..unlike shorting institutions hey (Saint) Nick
Knowing Thesi as i do, he doesn't have a track record of engineering his company to be taken-over by a bigger fish & scoring the more lucrative job as Chairman of the bigger suitor as MR does.
Last but not least i bet when us retail shareholders contact our company to request a Top 20 Shareholders List we would actually be furnished with one. Unlike MR, Thesi would assist us with more respect & regard.
Bring on the process (with due diligence) for the fair selection of the right chairman to replace Rowley. But in a hypothetical choice between Thesi & MR i'd back Thesi to sit back in an overseeing role in supporting Simon Hay to build a multinational lithium production corporation. Mainly holding SH to account to do what he says will be done..ongoing.
The culture at Galaxy HQ has to change. Martin Rowley is the constant amidst multiple CEO's..MR is up for re-election. We have the opportunity to oust Rowley & ideally flick his former Morgan Stanley honcho Peter Bacchus while we're at it..Less bankers' influence and less favours to Nick
