I think caring about the smallest of retailers is just as important. There is nothing like the word of mouth and support that the little guys can offer. I'd focus on having the earnings calls have the equivalent amount of retailers heard, and not allow the call to be wrapped up so quickly, as I know there are some that like to sit and listen to ponder and construct a well thought out question. - I expect we will hear from some of those people on this week's call.
Also, it was suggested that I bring the AGM to the east cost which is something I have wanted to see, so would make a point of bringing it to Sydney.
MD, I think too many try to invoke their inner AC but only end up writing something long winded full of waffle. I just scan those posts and tend to keep scrolling. These people should have their posts limited to 280 characters like Twitter.
