Either they don’t have sufficient data and are waiting on additional data or they just can’t find anyone who will pay the “asking price” (buying the deal details).

Whatever, a delay in a partner deal means a delay in Phase III trial and the opportunity for others.
Progen can’t go it alone on Phase III. Commencing the next phase without a deal would put Progen in a corner and any potential bridesmaid would know that.
