    The corporate restructure is quite complicated in general, normally taking at least a month to complete and they could only start the restructure after the AGM.
    I guess we may hv to wait until they finalise the restructure before seeing SLV launch a bid to it.
    It's gonna be a long battle between sellers and buyers.
