What has that to do with Perth dams or Perths water supply. There is no doubt the south west of WA has a drying climate. I have lived it for 30 odd years farming in the wheatbelt. Don't take my word for it. Do some unbiased research yourself. If you were to contact any of those farmers in the story they would tell you the same.
