I apologise for my aggressive response, but there is no way TON can organise funding without using stock from its current position. In your original post you indicated that there were other alternatives; the only alternative to using stock is obtaining funds for free. TON has to organise a joint venture or capital raising but due to the circumstances a joint venture is unlikely.
