When you have a project this size and get Vanadium for out of every tonne you can bet they're looking far beyond 100kt. TON like SYR will target new markets that want cheap graphite around the $1000/t mark as well as the traditional graphite markets.
They'd have to be looking at 300kt/y min likely more if they get into those new markets. So make that roughly $200m, then add the Vanadium. SYR's average grade is 0.23% V2O5, their scoping study shows an additional $80m profit on only 5000t
