my speculation is that bbp management is waiting for execution of following two settlements before release the stock from suspension:

1. 2.6 bils banks syndicate loans
2. B&B loan settlements.

my other speculation is bbp debt to equity share issue to b&b at 18c per share might be issue at a discount to fair future market value. b&b will be able to make a profit from these 18c share issues in a long term.
