Sky, whether the company is being run from Pen state or the state pen is irrelevent. What is relevent is that the companyis listed on the ASX and is required to comply by ASX rules.
Thanks for having a stab though because I would have expected something. This matter does have a bearing on how votes will be cast on Wednesday, so we need clarity one way or the other, and it needs to be today so that shareholders can send off their resolution votes to be received by the wednesday deadline.
This will certainly get the sceptics' forked tongues wagging as to why the release is delayed (ie whether it is on purpose to gain approval for the incentive plan prior to releasing the news and having the price run).
