Given that the rights issue is over subscribed & the insto's are knocking on the door, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some dealing going on behind closed doors regarding placement/s outside the rights issue so I won't be surprised to see us suspended until any potential placements are negotiated & sealed if necessary. This could be a good opportunity for the company to raise some additional funds without using the Bond facility.
