All the “problems” around the spend on the JV
were a given. This was discussed on HC at the time the JV was announced. No surprises there as far as I’m concerned. It always was a crap deal for ARV holders seemingly financially improved with the renegotiated additional 4mill novo shares. However IMV the “renegotiation” has probably cost ARV holders many times the 20 mil of cash obtained.
