Lol, how about the seller is a retail holder who managed to accumulate 300k shares when SYR was at much, much lower prices and wants out given he/she is sitting at a large profit?
People sell for many reasons, but they only buy large for one and the most likely buyer at this scale is a fund.
Feel free to let your fertile imagination run wild speculating who the seller is though.
