I can't see a market crash coming. We had the crash back in March. The rest of the world is rolling onward and learning to live with Covid till a cure is found. Trump is continuing to prop up the markets and if sleepy Joe wins they'll just do the same. We're about the only country still in panic mode about it. Ideal time to top up on NEU if you want to take the risk on a successful ph3 as I can't see us getting much lower.
