Whilst agreeing with you about poor communication from management, it is for certain shareholder concerns posted on forums will have no bearing on management style

An email would be the correct course of action, but then some posters have said they get little or no response

I personally don't resort to email, if we all did that then their in tray would become crowded

I like to air my views on HC, even though the GGP fanclub have it in for me......but who cares, if they are single minded, and can't accept opposing views
