Kisonga had promoised letters out by the 20 FEb and some were received earlier! simply amazing..this is Africa where the clock is a lot slower adnthey managed to do it ahead of time. maybe theyre ober quoting timelines inoreder to appear efficient or Ernst & young et al are hand delivering the communications,lol. But it bodes well for the negotiations to also be concluded before expected time which would have the affect of boosting share prices for all concerned which in turn opens the road to more capital injections into the DRC. Oh, yeah, theres a lot at stake for the DRC to quash uncertainty, so I have faith in them being rational about this and moving quickly.

I imagine alot of the private converstaions at Indaba conference were made between Kisonga and mining co's to the affect that we have millions $ queing up to be invested at the stroke of a pen,,, just so long as the process is fair, transperant and expedient. There would of been pressure on Kisonga with out doubt.
