I have been lurking here for some time and have read a lot of the posts regarding questionable management decisions and company underperformance. An associate of mine was once acquaintances with LD and Mrs. Devaney and apparently has remained acquainted or a follower of Mrs. Devaney’s social media. My associate sent me a screen capture from Mrs. Devaney’s (now known as Ms. Inge) social media. He post mentions the high cost of divorce. I am sorry to learn of this development. Though it is a private matter and external to Central Petroleum, it does inspire the following questions:

1) If this information is correct, is LD as CEO required to disclose pending or current divorce litigation or proceedings to the CTP Board of Directors?

2) Has LD disclosed this information to the BOD? If so, when?

3) Could this development and the personal stress of be a reason for some of the questionable management decisions of the past few years?

4) Could LD be acting in such a was as to keep the stock price low until the divorce litigation and property settlement has concluded? That would explain a lot… Such action by LD would be highly improper, if not illegal.

I'm sure there are more questions that will come to mind.
