I'm not claiming anything WC. Just parroting what the various fire chiefs have said on telly over the last few weeks. They do have a point though, given fuel is a player in fires. Logically if we are getting drenched now, then growth of fuel could be expected as a consequence, ready for ignition next summer.
Don't have to have degree in physics or engineering for that bleedin' obvious.
