    The timelines are
    Bids due: 21st October
    Execution date: 28th October
    Closing target: 29th November

    This means the winning bidder may not be announced for at least a week. And that means probably the following Monday in Australia should the deal close next Friday US time.

    These are all expected timelines.

    If James needs longer to hammer out a good deal I am sure he will take more time.
