    i think its high time that the company informed the market of wht is going on...ie. data room closed...some contingency dates etc etc...Cant help feeling that this is why the SP is floundering so much. Maybe tomorrow being a normal Wednesday we will also get some info.

    has anyone spoken to james that would like to shed some light?
