why would it dump?
the 1:1 was only for existing holders - most of whom bought at avgs quite higher than current prices - and now that the balance sheet is strengthened there is one less block in the way of the price moving closer to its NTA which is somewhere north of 60c + + depending on what day and how you work it out.
