Wasn't it over 6 months ago or more that zahena was to drill este imminently & then by June when or if does it look likely & why wasn't their some sort of penalty involved if not meeting deadlines.Such as a 1% reduction in their entitlement for every day they are over the agreed drill by date we would have already recouped at least 10% at least.
