Thanks for taking the time for the lengthy post. We just have a different opinion on things. I believe management should do what is in the best interest of shareholders...not themselves. The market agrees with me by selling off the shares. More power to you if you are willing to wait years to see what management does with $100 million. The Chinese have been paying 50-100% premiums for company take-outs. Ask every institutional investor what they would rather have right now. A take-out at $.50 or a share price at $.25 for a year or so while managment gets to decide what to do with our money.
