    24 months will pass quickly.
    There will, in all liklyhood, be a share reduction (as in the case of Regis in 2006) but the asset value of the company will be twice (at least, probably much more) that from first issue.
    IDC was raising at 8-9 cents a share two and three years befor completion of the BFS.
    So what is you point?
    The sky is falling is it?
