The buyback was in response to 1and2s about the notion of one occurring.

Share consolidation does nothing to change the value of the company. Just makes the shareprice look nice. Does not protect you from share printing and dilution. You are treating it like a magic wand to wave away future share issues that will need to come from $40m till production (5m/quarter for 2 years).
