Anyhow yes the Vote "No/Leave" was unexpected but has it disrupted German/Euro Plans for Re Industrialisation in high tech industry. Don't they need refractory material not only for steel production but for Ceramics and Glass which are both increasing demand for refractory.
Anyway KNL has Binding Offtakes from Major Euro and Asian MOU interest that is NOT Chinese. KNL has due diligence happening re Debt Financing again from 'fair dinkum' Source not Dragon "puffery".
Our neighbour with it's Vegie Analyst can claim neither- RoW Offtake nor Row Finance "possibility".

Anyhow re the EV Batteries Graphite angle- The two proposed MOU/Offtakes made with SYR/KNL are both firstly for Supply of Manufactured Spherical [not just "raw" ]and secondly both are first proposed as MOU's not straight up Binding.
This seems to be the "system" MOU for Supply of COMPLETED value added Spherical kts is 'researched' as being suitable by End User, and a Binding Offtake entered into when I presume that the End User is 'confident' of near term delivery of production of suitable product.
A company declaring it has no intention of producing In House Spherical itself alone, or in JV with a Distributor? shouldn't be surprised by not having Binding Offtakes in it's repetoire.
I'll also add that I would have thought the 180kts Dragon "Binders" from years ago would have "triggered" suitability research. After all these were to a Leading Dragon High Tech Mineral SOE. Surely volumes of research preceded and followed these "Corner Stone" Offtakes?Why do the RoW have to square one ?
