Hatmopit- thing that gets to me is the hard core MiNSers attitude put up here on the KNL thread about how KNL is doomed, has junk graphite, no hope of going high tech industry use, getting into production, getting debt finance etc blah whatever. The MNS trolls with their poncey one liners yet, yes they do have "strong positives" but hatmopit many more strong negatives than the KNL operation.
Hatmopit MNS is Gunner. It's gunner [going to] get Household Name Offtakes [wink wink the Tesla contract], it's gunner get rapid debt financing from a RoW source for $300mil, there's the attitude that RoW offtakes will "take out" the need for the 180kts to the Dragon, so China Finance becomes redundant,
MNS thinks that Financing is easy peasy once one has offtakes etc etc whatever.
Hatmopit the THING about Financing is that the operation is put under the hard nosed, banksters glare. The spin is stopped, the rah rah don't work. Financing Debt Financing is when the Market "tests" Viability of the "Dream".
SYR couldn't or wouldn't "allow" such scrutiny/test/ vindication. It went full equity financing and did it because of Institutional Backing.
Both KNL and MNS will HAVE to go Debt Financing.
Neither has strong/varied Institutional Backing. MNS imo Has too many shares on issue [with option exercise] to further dilute with all/major Equity raising.
KNL has too low a Market Cap as well as no "deep pocket" Top 50 shareholders to contribute to a Equity Raising.
No both will only Capex on Debt.
Yet we get on to the Most Discussed List because we get raided by trolls, doing multiple one line posts of piffle because KNL is in the process of Bankster Decision. Yes it's a very drawn out process but KNL has no control over the Time Line of a Bank decision process.
The MNSers don't even have a RoW offtake , Size Kt's is not evidenced against it's proposed production. Frankly the Dragon Offtakes haven't been Financed backed, yet their proposed finance is shown to be under,way under the Posco BFS requirement.[Dragon $180mil agin $300mil odd Capex to 180kts/240kts production what's that 60% Finance for 75% Production? unlikely,hey?]
Hatmopit IMO the MNS Financing is a real negative/problem/joke. Especially how SYR has "negated" this Jumbo Flake myth re Spherical.
Anyway Dragon vs Row for offtakes, kts of production, qualities and specification requirements,;Financing these issues all get Confirmed/Decided by getting Finance Capex Approved. Not by tit for tat, troll agenda posting on Hot Copper.
Graphite Sector is beyond Gunner and at Do It stage. Perform not brag about how ya're gunner and others are not.
Hatmo I'm seeing a lot of TONitis catching onto MNS. That it has similar flaws in attitude of rah rah amongst it's core posters eg any day SYR parity is their gunner do.
well lets see KNL Do Debt Financing, maybe it'll help MNS do it too next year.
