I would say that's a very high probability as has been mentioned in the last couple of announcement...

"The rebate adds to the Company’s cash reserves and will be used as working capital while Kibaran progresses the debt financing and further strategic partnerships for the Epanko Graphite Project."

I will know this month if I will make a min 50% loss of my (todays) KNL value or a 300 to 400% gain
